Welcome to Life.
Life is a personal organization and productivity platform designed to help users organize different areas of their lives in one place, including schedules, goals, finances, health-related logs, contacts, accomplishments, reminders, personal records, notes, routines, vehicles, education, passwords, and other information the user chooses to enter.
We believe personal information should remain personal.
Information a user enters into Life is intended for that user's own organization and use. Life does not claim ownership over a user's private personal content, does not sell user content, and does not use private user content to build advertising profiles.
This Legal & Privacy Center explains how Life operates and establishes the rules that apply when someone uses LifeOrganizer.Pro, the Life application, related websites, features, services, and software collectively referred to as “Life,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Questions, privacy requests, bug reports, complaints, security concerns, or other inquiries may be sent to: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com.

- Other private personal content
to Life.

This permission ends when the information is deleted, subject to reasonable technical, legal, security, backup, and retention limitations.
1.10 We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Life does not sell private user-created content.
Life does not sell your personal entries to advertisers or data brokers.

Private user entries are not intended to be analyzed for personalized advertising.
If advertising features are ever introduced, any legally required notice, permission, or opt-out mechanism will be provided before information is used for a materially different purpose.

Third-party services may also be governed by their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
1.13 AI Features
Life may include artificial-intelligence-powered features.
When you intentionally interact with an AI feature, information included in that interaction may need to be processed by systems providing the AI functionality.
You should avoid entering highly sensitive information into an AI interaction unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the requested feature.
AI features may produce incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated responses.
AI output should never be treated as professional medical, financial, legal, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice.
1.14 Photos and Uploaded Files
If you upload photos, images, files, or other media, those materials may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the applicable Life feature.

We seek to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Maintain your account
- Provide requested features
- Fulfill legitimate operational purposes
- Maintain security
- Resolve disputes

- Fraud-prevention systems
- Disaster-recovery systems
until those records are overwritten, expire, or can reasonably be deleted.
Certain records may also be retained when legally required.
1.18 Account Deletion
Users should be provided with a method to request or initiate account deletion.
Deleting your account is intended to delete or permanently disassociate your personal account information from active Life systems, subject to legitimate technical and legal retention requirements.
If you cannot access the account-deletion feature, contact: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
We may need to verify that you are the account holder before processing certain requests.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent and such consent was not obtained, reasonable steps will be taken to delete the information.
A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has created an account may contact: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com.

- Respond to a valid subpoena
- Respond to a court order
- Respond to a legally binding government request
- Protect the safety of a person

We do not voluntarily provide private user information to third parties merely because they request it.
1.25 Business Changes
If Life or the assets supporting the Service are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction where legally permitted.
Any successor would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations regarding information obtained through Life.
1.26 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
- Features change
- Technology changes

Material changes will be communicated when legally required.
The effective date displayed above identifies the current version.
Continued use after a revised policy becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

You represent that you have the right to upload information or content you submit.

Life may offer:

Subscription prices may change.
Changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled according to applicable law and the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Where user consent is legally or contractually required for a price increase, the applicable process will be followed.
2.9 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method applicable to the platform through which you subscribed.
Canceling prevents future renewals but generally does not automatically reverse amounts already paid.
Unless a refund is approved, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Deleting the Life application does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Deleting your Life account may also not automatically cancel an externally managed subscription.
2.10 Application Availability
We work to keep Life available and functional, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Life may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Server failures
- Internet outages
- Third-party outages

2.11 Beta and Experimental Features
Some features may be identified as experimental, preview, beta, or otherwise still in development.
Such features may:
- Change
- Contain errors
- Operate inconsistently
- Be removed
- Produce unexpected results.
Do not rely on an experimental feature as your only method of maintaining important information.
2.12 Backups
Life may use reasonable infrastructure and backup practices, but no digital storage method is infallible.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that would cause serious harm if permanently lost.
Life should not be your only repository for irreplaceable:
- Legal documents
- Medical documents
- Financial documents
- Password recovery information
- Emergency information
- Identification documents
- Other critical records.
2.13 Ownership of Life
Except for user content, Life and its associated:
- Software
- Branding
- Design
- Features
- Layout
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Original graphics
- Original documentation
- Proprietary code
are owned by or licensed to Life and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Life's intellectual property to you.
2.14 Feedback
If you voluntarily provide an idea, suggestion, bug report, feature recommendation, or other feedback, you permit Life to consider and use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not give Life ownership over private personal content stored inside your account.

Life may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious Terms violations
- Fraud
- Security threats
- Illegal activity
- Abuse
- Attempts to compromise the Service

- Legal updates
- Subscription communications
- Support responses.
Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled separately where consent or opt-out rights are required.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Life is intended to provide users with a helpful personal organization experience.
For eligible purchases, Life offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
A refund request should be submitted within 30 calendar days of the applicable initial purchase.
To request assistance with a refund, contact: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com.
Use the subject: Refund Request.
Include:
- The email associated with your Life account
- Approximate purchase date
- Subscription type
- Platform used to purchase
- Transaction or order identifier, if available.
Do not email full debit-card, credit-card, or bank-account numbers.
3.2 App Marketplace Purchases
When a purchase is processed through an application marketplace such as Apple's App Store or another platform, that marketplace may control billing and refund approval.
Life cannot override decisions made by an independent marketplace when that marketplace controls the transaction.
Our policy is to support legitimate refund requests submitted within the 30-day guarantee period, but marketplace rules, local law, and the marketplace's technical ability to issue the refund may apply.
Users may be required to submit the refund request directly through the platform where the purchase was made.
3.3 Direct Purchases
If Life directly processes a purchase and has the technical ability to refund the transaction, an eligible request submitted within the 30-day guarantee period may be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing times may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
3.4 Renewals
The 30-day money-back guarantee primarily applies to an eligible initial paid purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.
Automatic renewal charges do not create an unlimited recurring 30-day guarantee period.
However, users experiencing:
- Accidental renewal
- Duplicate billing
- Technical failure
- Incorrect billing
- Unauthorized billing
should contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
3.5 Abuse of Refunds
Life may refuse a refund request where permitted by law if there is credible evidence of:
- Refund fraud
- Repeated abuse
- Manipulation of purchase systems
- Chargeback abuse
- False transaction information.
This provision does not limit any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
3.6 Cancellation Is Separate From Refunds
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals.
Cancellation does not necessarily create a refund for a completed purchase.
A user seeking both cancellation and a refund may need to complete both processes.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Life is intended to be a safe personal productivity platform.
You agree not to misuse the Service.
4.1 Illegal Activity

Life is designed so that personal information entered by a user is intended for that user's personal use.

Certain stored data may also be protected through encryption or security controls provided by the underlying infrastructure.
No security architecture can guarantee absolute security.
